• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can sttle your bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is 6 floors in the building and a lift goes up to the fifth floor; from here you have a little stair to go to the sixth floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms on the street or on the courtyard all with private facilities.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Please advise when you make your booking for a non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each room and suite. We have international channels: English, German, Japanese, Spanish, Italian and Portugese.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a direct dialling phone in each room and suite.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in 39 rooms (only some of the standard rooms do not have air conditioning, but upon request you can ask standard rooms with air conditioning). It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet point in our Hotel. 32 of our rooms have an internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have no Swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public parking on 19 rue de Passy.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can rent a car for you at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly or CDG.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange for a shuttle from and to the airport from the reception.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Across the street Line N° 32 from Gare de l'Est to Trocadero.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare St Lazare, Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is PASSY- 3 minutes walk from us.
  From Passy station walk up to rue d'Alboni. At the trafic light on your left is rue de Passy. We are on number 10.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have no Fitness center in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes there are, extra charge 5 euro per day.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your modem from your room. Please advise when you make your reservation.
