• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms on the ground floor do have access to a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have a computer at guests' disposal at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental close to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do have a pickup service to the airports but not from.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Rome.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Saint Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Rome and Villiers are both close. Just go out of the metro, walk on 'boulevard des Batignolles',turn right (from Rome), or left (from Villiers) on 'Rue de Cheroy' and you're arrived!
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We offer wireless Internet access in all rooms (pre-paid cards at the reception).
