From Charles de Gaulle Airport:
To reach hotel du Pre' you should either take the "Roissy bus" or the fast subway, the "RER". If you decide to take the bus you shall take the "Roissy Bus" to "Opéra". From here you need to take a taxi because it's to far to walk with luggage. You also have the possibility to take the fast subway, the "RER B". This is a good solution because "Hotel du Pré" is at no more than 5 minutes on foot from the train station. If you do have only one luggage you can easily walk to the hotel from "Gare du Nord", otherwise its better to take a taxi. (1 min).
Eurostar from London:
The du Pré hotel is at only 5 minutes on foot from "Gare du Nord" train station and if you do not have more luggage then one suitcase you can easily walk to the hotel, otherwise it is better to take a taxi. (1 min).
Walking instructions from "Gare du Nord" to the hotel:
Please go to the main entrance of the train station. Turn right on "rue Dunkerque" which is the street just in front of you and follow it until "boulevard Magenta". If you look across "boulevard Magenta" you can see 3 small streets coming together like a fork. You shall cross "boulevard Magenta" and choose the one called "rue Maubege". Follow rue Maubege straight ahead; please walk on the left side of the street. The 5th street on your left (300 m) is "rue Pierre Semard": there is a bank called "Bred" on the corner of the street and you can see a bridge down by the end of it. The hotel is just on the other side of the bridge, at number 10, on the left side of the street. |
