• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included. It is a buffet breakfast from 07.30 - 10.00 o'clock.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill upon arrival as well as upon departure. It is at your conveniance.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we do have the elevator serving all the floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms towards the back are quiet and some of our rooms are "romantic".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have a terrace and the hotel has no yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do: the rooms on the third floor are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television with French, English and German channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have at the moment, but in little time there will be one in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We work with a private, guarded garage on the other side of the square, (200 m) with a special rate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or at the closest train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle-Roissy.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize a pick up at the airport, at an extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  "Square Montholon" at 100 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord at 400 m. (maximum 10 minutes on foot with luggage).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Cadet", line no 7: there is only one exit. When you are standing on rue Lafayette you shall walk up-hill on the left side of the street. After 200 m you will see a small park called square Montholon, the street to the left just after the square is rue Pierre Semard and the hotel is situated at number 10.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small and well behaving pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can recomend the restaurant across the street and we also have a leaflet with a small choice of the best what the area has to offer, in each room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, on the telephone-line.
