  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 11.30am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast is not included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes you can! You can settle the bill anytime during your stay.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish, Hebrew and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors and no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms have "cosy decoration", but some of them are more romantic than others... half of them are given to our internal courtyard and therefore are very quiet.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    We have an internal courtyard in which 4 rooms stand. None of the rooms have terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the rooms do have a little balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not have.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a Satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is a direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning in some of the rooms. It can be used anytime of the year and is included in the room price.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not have.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not, but there is public swimming pool located at 10 minutes from the hotel.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    3 public parkings are available around the hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    On the Cours de Vincennes, (5 minutes from the hotel).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Orly.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have but the bus is going directly from Nation (near by the hotel) to CDG airport. It is around 40 minutes. Bus 351 - Nation : 5.35am to 8.20pm.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Bus 29 and 56 station "Place courteline".
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Gare de Lyon or Gare d'Austerlitz.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Metro Picpus (at the door of the hotel) or metro Nation (3 minutes walking distance).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not but a gym is opening very soon just next door to the hotel.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small dogs are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, it is opened from 7.30am to 2am for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
