| At the Marais district, a really famous spot in Paris, you must visit the Carnavalet Museum, dedicates to the history of Paris. Inside this museum which comprises two mansions, you will find rooms decorated with panels, furniture and art objects. The main building is Hotel Carnavalet, built in 1584 by Nicolas Depuis. At Hotel Le peletier, from the 17th century and added in 1989, you will be stunned by the reproductions of interiors from the beginning of the 20th century. By taking the metro you will be in only 10 minutes in the Champs Elyseés avenue. At Avenue MOntaigne you will find exclusive boutiques like Christian Dior. Of course during your visit to Paris you must also check the Louvre Museum, St Germain des Prés and the Latin Quartier. |
