• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, continental breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle it on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet and exquisitly decorated.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms facing the street have balcony, and some of the balconies have a table and 2 chairs where you can enjoy both the view and your breakfast, while relaxing.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The hotel is entirely non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a plasma screen TV with cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  You can direct dial from all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are equipped with air conditionning free of charge, it is on usually from April to October, but can be easily reversed in case of exceptionally warm weather.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Every room is equipped both with a wireless Internet connection and an ethernet wire connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No indoor parking, but a public parking is less than 2 minutes walking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can arrange car rental with the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Paris Charles de Gaulle.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick up from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Rue du Bac is the nearest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Montparnasse is the closest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Subway Saint Germain des Prés, is a 2 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a Gym inside the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant inside the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is an Internet connection in every room.
