• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our continental breakfast is not included in the rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we offer quiet, romantic rooms set in a quiet small street!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  On request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv with international channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There are 10 rooms with air conditioning (seasonal and free of charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are 3 parkings in the surroundings.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is "Pyramides-Saint Honoré" (line n. 68, rue des Pyramides).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Gare St. Lazare" (3 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The 2 nearest subway stations are Tuileries (line n. 1) and Pyramides (line n. 7 and 14).
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. You can surf the Internet from your room through traditional access or in the lobby through wireless connection.
