• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included. The breakfast consist in a delicious continental breakfast with cheese, yogurts, cereals, fruit salads etc...
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. Ask for the fifth floor, under the roof...
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  You can ask the 4th floor for the balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  4th floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have tv and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There are some air conditioning in some rooms. Ask for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have wi-fi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the hotel, but there is a parking 30 meters from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Paris closed to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pigalle.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Saint-Georges, or Pigalle, or Trinité. Line 12 or 6.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, if small and quiet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
