• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it's possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is 4 floors and there is no lift but we always take care of the luggages of the guest from the desk to the room.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet, private of course with their own bathroom and toilet and very romantic (you can have a look on pictures).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace on the top of the hotel is very nice and large enough to relax, read, or have breakfat there.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is only one room overlooking the terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We provide non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equiped with TV and International channels(Satellite)
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms get a telephone with direct dialling in the room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no A/C in the hotel.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an internet/e-mail Point downstair.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is two public parking within 5-7 minutes walking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz, 5 minutes walking
  Rentacar, 3 minutes walking
  Easycar, 10 minutes walking
  Avis, 15 minutes walking
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Charles de Gaulle, 17 kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, there is an hotel airport service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest but stop is Saint-Georges-chateaudun. Line 26-32-43 or Ligne C night line on rue de Chateaudun, or Saint-Georges-Provence line 42 on rue Lafayette.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare saint-Lazare less than 10 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro stop is either Chaussée d'Antin - Ligne 7 or 9 is 5-6 minutes walking from the hotel
  or Le pelletier on the same street as the hotel rue de la Victoire ligne 7- less than 5 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The nearest fitness center is Club Med gym in the same street as the hotel. Number 10 rue de la victoire.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We only serve breakfast from 7:30a.m to 11:00AM and provide cold drinks.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can either use your modem and the telephone line or the Wifi facilities.
