• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It is not included but at guests' disposal with an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill either on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We are speaking French, Italian, Spanish, Portugese, German, Arabian. It depending on the receptionist, but we all speak Minimum tree languages.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have one elevator for seven floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have 50 fully renovates rooms (2007) either on guarden or street side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  25 rooms are on the back side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  5 rooms have got e balconny on the street side.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have 25 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have 14 national and international channels (Italian, Spannish, German, English and American).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  You have a direct telephone line in the room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available upon request (and upon hotel availability on the day of arrival) as not all rooms are air conditioned (only 25 room have got air conditioning during the hot season from april to october).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet connzection in the Lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available 200 meters from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Gare du Nord Train Station, there are rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles De Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport are Both 35 minutes With Taxi Away from the Hotel, depending on traffic.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a good pick up service, depending on availability, from or to the Paris Airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Line 48 is the closest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest Railway Station is Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  From Grands Boulevards Metro Stop, take the Rue du Faubourg Poissonniere, Then take second street right "rue Geoffroy Marie".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant in the hotel, only a Breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect to the Internet either with WIFI or cable Connection.
