 Located on the side street of the busy Rue Lafayette, in a safe area, La Martine Opera Hotel has a typically Parisian exterior, with fancy green bush trees on both sides of the glass door. There's a safe guard for better security. The indoors decoration, with a 19th century Romanticism resemble, is cozy and warm, with a small organized reception with a wooden counter, white floors, and fresh flowers adorning the comfortable lounge or sitting area with light beige couches and low glass tables.

Another option for breakfast is to buy some delicious pastries from the shop situated around the corner, or some drinks from the small market nearby.  La Martine Opera Hotel is centrally located in the Parisian neighborhood of L'Opera (9). This area includes the theater district around the Opéra Garnier -offering the best performances with French and international actors-, the Grands Boulevards, and the lively cabarets and nightlife of Pigalle, with lots of restaurants and bars as well. But for the most famous cabaret, don't miss the Moulin Rouge, only 2 km away from the Hotel. The Grands Boulevards are lined with famous Parisian department stores (Boulevard Haussmann, at 1 km away), and many other shops for all budgets, as well as the offices of international banks, and the auction houses at Drouot.

The outstanding and famous Louvre Museum is located at 15 minutes walk (2 km), as well as Montmartre neighborhood and Sacre Coeur Cathedral. The fantastic Eiffel Tower is at 4.5 km from the Hotel.
Champs Elysees Avenue and the beautiful Arc de Triomphe (Arch of Triumph) are also accessible through a nice walk or by taxi or Metro.
