• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet Breakfast not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and a lift up to the second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are decorated in a different way, very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One Superior room has direct access to the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two Deluxe rooms on the first floor have a small balcony overlooking Rue de Grenelle.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The whole hotel is non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  we have TV in all rooms with satellite TV channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The whole hotel is air-conditioned, it is free, all year long.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a laptop with free Internet access (Wireless) at disposal of the clients and there is the free wireless access in the whole building.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public car park very close from the hotel, just 5 minutes on foot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental very close to us, on the Esplanade des Invalides.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can organize a shuttle service for our guests.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 28 and Bus 69, just 50 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de Montparnasse, 2 kms.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Just in front of us, line 8, "Latour-Maubourg" stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  A Hammam at free disposal of our guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The Wireless access is free, the Internet access via modem is charged.
