In case of no show, cancellation or change after 1pm local time four days prior to your scheduled arrival 50% (100% one night stay)of the total stay will be charged. Please contact us in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 96 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
