• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish, Italian, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 6 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  1 suite with terrace and 1 deluxe with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Free wireless access (everywhere).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking outside (5mn walking) and we have a vallet parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or in the city, just ask to the concierge desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle and Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Louvre rivoli (2mn walking).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du nord or Gare de lyon.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Louvre rivoli / Chatelet les halles.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, just room service 24h/24.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  With the WIFI (wireless access).
