• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is in extra. Buffet breakfast is served.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is 6 floors in the building. We have 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms on the back side and rooms with balcony on the street side. Wathever, all our room are soundproofed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Half of the rooms overlook a planted courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms on the street side are with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the hotel is 100% non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have the Tv with satellite including international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the hotel is air conditioned. The air conditioned in the rooms is individual. It is free and seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The Wi Fi is free in all the hotel. We also have a business corner with a computer and a printer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public car park at 100 meters.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the station Gare du Nord at 300 meters.

  In time : Charles de Gaulle airport

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is no shuttle service.

  Gare de l'Est is at 50 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome and free of charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a wifi connection in the rooms.
