• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am, upon extra payment.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors, with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes we have rooms overlooking our patio, these rooms are very quiet. As well you can enjoy a nice view on the Eiffel Tower from rooms on the 4th and 5th floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our patio is an open space for all our guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The WHOLE property is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a flat screen, with national and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the guests rooms are equipped with air conditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, with extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You have a public parking across the street from the hotel, upon daily payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  5 minutes walk from the hotel you have a rent a car agency.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick ups and transfers with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cambronne, bus line 80.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse, 3 stops on line 6.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground is Cambronne, Line 6, take the one exit at the metro station and follow Boulevard Garibaldi on your left.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes by phone line, otherwise the hotel is entirely equipped with wifi access from lobby, reception and rooms.
