• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental breakfast with fresh fuits, french bakeries and fruit juices from 07h00 a.m. to 10h00 a.m.Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The languages spoken at the reception are:
  English, Italian, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors in the hotel with an elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quieter rooms with a courtyard view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have a TV with Canal+ (cable french TV) and Satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air-conditioning in summer. There is no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have the wi-fi access. This service is not free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The hotel has no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a paying garage at 10 minutes' from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental agency next to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have no pickup or shuttle from and to the airport but we work mainly with taxis.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Nation.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest rapid transit station is Nation RER.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground/subway stop is Nation. We are 2 minutes' walk from this station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome. An additional fee is required.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have no restaurant, but there are several places next to the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your modem and surf on the internet from the rooms by using a card that you can buy at the reception.
