• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors, 5 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are located on the corner of two quiet and small streets.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of the rooms overlooking a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, we have 1 double room, a twin room and a deluxe room with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but a public parking is located at 5 minutes walk. "Belle Jardinière".
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rue de Rivoli. Carrousel du Louvre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  From the airport Charles de Gaulle, take RER train line B to Paris and get off at Châtelet les Halles (exit: Rue de Rivoli).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We works with an Airport tranfers service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Rue de Rivoli.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord: metro line 4 direction "Porte d'Orleans, get off at Châtelet. Gare de Lyon: metro line 14 direction "Madeleine", get off at Châtelet.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Châtelet.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
