• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we have a lift
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private, some off them are romantic too!!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dialing phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, thee is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  From the begining of 2004 we will have a internet point in the reception and all our rooms will be equipped with an internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there are 2 parking places.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby, you can ask at the reception for information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle airport (Roissy) or Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there are shuttle from Charles de Gaulle (buses or trains) and buses from Orly.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  7 min you have Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est, at 10 min Gare St lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  We are at 200 m far from the subway. It is Metro Stop Cadet or Grands Boulevards.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes from February 2004.
