• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included in the price. We serve a rich continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and Arabian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a cable Tv in each of our room/apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning only in 2 of our rooms. It is seasonal and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we have free WI-FI Internet access in the lobby.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a public parking 100 metres far from the hotel (Rue Lagrange).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports are both about 20 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Rue Monge line 47.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare d'Austerlitz.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  We are between the stations of Cardinal Lemoine and Maubert Mutualité (line 10).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many dining facilities nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from your room/apartment with your own laptop.
