I am rating it worse than the website because the room looked a lot bigger on the website photo than in reality. But I have no complaint about the room. It was great, comfortable, big bathroom, clean, quiet.

Location can't be beat. And the rooms are upgraded compared to other properties of similar price in the city center.

I didn't read the on line directions. Perhaps
if I did I would have found the hotel quicker
then I did.

My room wasn't overly spacious, but adequate
for one person. It was clean and kept stocked
with toiletries, and fresh towels. Some of the
other guest were a bit noisy, but not hotels
fault. I wished breakfast was included with my
room rate. I did have a very nice stay, and
would recommend this hotel to friends and
family.

Each and every staff member I can in contact
with, was gracious, helpful, and very
friendly. (The maid and front desk)

There was a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast which was included in the offer but not in the voucher. Anyway we showed them the mail with the offer so they finally included the breakfast in the price agreed.

Staff was very helpful after the check out, they offered us a place to keep our luggage because we left Paris late in the afternoon and they called for a taxi to take us to the station.
