• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the buffet breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are sound-proofed rooms, carefully decorated, quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have three non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is in all rooms, with international channels (CNN, BBC World, Eurosport, RAI, ...)
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is but only on one floor (8 rooms) with an extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have, but there is a Wi-Fi area in the hotel and Internet connection possibility (modem) in every room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage is available near the hotel, at an extra charge.(15 Street Censier).
• Where can we rent a car?
  On Boulevard St Marcel at 100m from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is ORLY (15km from the hotel).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the hotel (Line 91).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Austerlitz Station at 10 minutes by walk and Lyon Station at 10 minutes by Bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Les Gobelins" and 200m from StMarcel station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome, but only one per room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
