• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, and a little bit Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors and one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV Satelite C+ direct dial Telephone and possibility to connect a laptop.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a parking very close to the hotel, 5 minutes walking distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  20 Meters from the Hotel at the "AVIS".
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle. RER B after RER A a until Nation or busline 351 or shuttle service.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, at guests' disposal with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  100 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  From Gare de Lyon: from the train station take busline 1 to Nation, about 1 km. From Gare du Nord: from the train station take busline 4 after busline 9 until Rue des Boulets.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Nation or Rue des Boulets ligne 1 2 6 9.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
