We had requested a twin bed non-smoking room but could only have either a double bed non smoking room or a twin bedded smoker room. We agreed to the latter. ... Fine and very quiet hotel with very friendly staff ... No. ... A small friendly hotel with excellent location and very quiet at night (important). Good value for the money.

When I arrived we were given the wrong room. It was a one bed room and not a superior room with 2 beds that we booked for myself and my wife. However, after some time we were given the right room and in fact the receptionsit claimed that he had given an upgrade. But that was after the intial disppointment.
All in all, after the intial mixup, the service was very satisfactory and everyone at the hotel was very polite. So I have no complaints. Thank you. ... Please see above. ... Good place to stay in Paris if you are there on business.

The hotel was prefect; everything I had requested was carried out to perfection. Would highly recommend the hotel, small hotel but the level of service was fantastic.
