By RER & Bus: take the RER B at Charles de Gaulle airport, direction Massy-Palaiseau, until Châtelet-Les Halles. Then take the RER A, direction Poissy, until Charles de Gaulle-Étoile. From there take the Ratp bus line 22, direction Porte de Saint Cloud, until Kleber-Boissière stop. It will take you about 1 hour.
By RER & Metro: take the RER B at Charles de Gaulle airport, direction Massy-Palaiseau, until Gare du Nord. Then take the metro line 2 at La Chapelle, direction Porte Dauphine, until Victor Hugo.
