 Our hotel is famous also for serving the absinthe, a herbal liqueur made from wormwood (artemisa absinthium) and other herbs and anise which was very famous among the "bohemienns" for its hallucinogenic effects (only in case of over consumption!). Verlaine, Wilde, Baudelaire wrote about the effects of this drink. Last not least among our famous guest we can find many rock stars including the Blondies and Nirvana. |
