In case of amendment/late cancellation/no show one night will be charged unless the hotel is advised no later than noon the day before arrival. In case of anticipated departure, one night will be charged unless the hotel is advised no later than noon the day before departure. All reservations over than 5 rooms are subjected to the preliminary acceptance of the hotel: the general sales conditions/rates will be modified. City tax in supplement.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
