• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but American and Continental breakfast are at guests' diposal on request with an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Russian, Swedish, Finnish and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are charming rooms, but the executive rooms are particularly romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms on the fifth floor have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms dispose of a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditionning in all rooms (no extra charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an Internet point in the hotel, and you have a Standard connexion and a Wireless access in all the rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, nearby (with extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many rental companies nearby (Avis, Hertz, Europcar...)
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy, 25 km;
  Orly, 17 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can book for you a taxi that will be waiting for you at your arrival.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ch. de Gaulle Etoile and Av. Marceau.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de st. Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

  No.

  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes (standard connexion with modem/wireless access).
