• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors in the building. We have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are some quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, 4 rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we have wifi access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, limited parking available (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several places where you can rent a car. Just ask at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can book shuttle service from and to the airport on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is n° 67, just in front the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Gare de Lyon (2,8 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro station is Hôtel de Ville (line 1).
  It is at 3 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but please ask before booking. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in rooms.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We offer free wi-fi access.
