  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All prices are indicated per room and per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is an extra.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill can be settled on arrival or departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The receptionistes during the day speak French, English and Spanish or German. Our night porter speak French and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have 4 floors and an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    We provide three very quiet rooms with view over the inner garden. (on request only)
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Our rooms do not have any private terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Our rooms do not have private balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We don't provide special non smoking rooms at the moment.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    All our rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are equipped with a direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    We are not equipped with air conditioning but we have some fans at disposal.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We don't have an Internet point, but we offer free WIFI internet access (clients need to have their own computer).
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We provide private parking on request only (extra charge).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Information are available at the reception. Agencies for car rental are reachable within 15 minutes.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Orly airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can only organice shuttle service from the hotel to the airport (extra charge).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Rue Dr Finlay (bus n.42), just in front of the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Gare Montparnasse (ca 15 minutes by métro).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Bir Hakeim and Dupleix stations (both on line n. 6) are at 2 minutes walking distance from us.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but there are some restaurants close by.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
