The staff were very friendly and pleasant. I needed to stay an additional two days, and they were very helpful in arranging this, as well as accommodating my poor French language skills.

Friendly, warm atmosphere.
Good location for the Palais de Congres, close to some wonderful patisserie and coffee, and also many cafes and restaurants. The Tour Eiffel and the Champs Elysee are quite close.

The images of the hotel on the website made it look much nicer than what it was. The reception area was very welcoming and cosy but the rooms were very basic and small and a little bit shabby looking. It was very clean however.
