• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included but a cold buffet breakfast is available at the hotel. See booking page for price details.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  7 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quiet room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air-conditioning which comes at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  If you have a computer, you can access internet with "WIFI". You can buy wifi's card at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  By "RENT A CAR" Avenue de la Grande Arméé (5 min from the hôtel).

  Roissy, 26.5 km;
  Orly, 22.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pick up at the hotel to go to the airport.
