We were allowed to immediately check into our room instead of waiting until the published check-in time. This was much appreciated after arriving on the red-eye.

There was a lot of noise from the rooms next door and also from the street. It was difficult to sleep through the night.

The printed voucher was not required. A brief explanation of the available facilities would have been appreciated eg. breakfast, laundry etc

Other than the receptionist, we had no interaction with any other staff (never even saw anybody) The images on the website is 'flattering'. The rooms were clean and fine but below expectation in terms of 'newness'. We were not able to use the electrical plugs to even make our own cup of coffee which was highly disappointing.

Basic but clean and well located. Close to major rail connections and within walking distance of major tourist attractions. It appears as if you don't get what you pay for in Paris. Compared to South Africa the cost is very high!

we have stayed in this hotel 3 times now and always enjoy the experience. the staff are helpful, friendly and plite. Each time we visit paris for any length of time this would be our first choice

The room we booked was not available when we arrived, we were given two rooms for the first night and the family room the next day for the rest of the stay

The rooms were very clean but could do with a little lick of paint, finishing not great, eg skirting boards etc. Rate very good and great location so cant complain

We felt the room was always clean, it was spacious, but, our room faced the street and there was a nightclub next door; we could hear the music from the nightclub and the patrons were very loud departing the nightclub.

I would tell a friend that the location was great, being near Luxemborg Gardens and the Sorbonne; transportation services near by; nice selection of restaurants as well as shopping; staff extremely helpful

There is a movie theater next door and when the windows are open you hear the projectors it can be quite annoying. Closet and drawer space limited.

I asked two months prior arrival for a room with a window on the street side. Did not get it. Was told only room available was with window opening to the court yard.

No mirror in the room .
Poor mains plug where one can insert chargers etc ...only one by the door!
No bed side tables.
Showering was very difficult as one had to hold the shower head in one hand as there was not where to secure it to the wall above the bath.
However it was a quiet location and the room was clean .
