• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room including all taxes.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. It is a continental breakfast with hot drinks, orange juice, French rolls and bread, a small piece of cheese, fruits (oranges or apples).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, Russian and a little bit of Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 buildings and each building has a lift and there are 5 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV (with 5 international channels).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a wireless internat access in the lobby area. You can use the hotel computer or your own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The nearest public parking is located in rue Soufflot. The parking offers discount rates for long stay.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the railway station not far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly is the nearest airport but you can come directly from CDG airport with the RER train.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do at an extra charge and we work with different shuttle companies which can pick you up at the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stops are Les Ecoles (on boulevard Saint Michel) or Luxembourg.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de Lyon or gare Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Luxembourg. It is 3 minutes walking distance. At the Luxembourg station take the exit "Jardin du Luxembourg" and then croos rue Gay Lussac, cross rue Soufflot and our street is the third one on your right.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes small pets are welcome. There are a cat and a dog living in the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not from the room, but only in the lobby area.
