• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our team has receptionniste who speaks English, French, German, Spanish, Mandarin/Chinese/Cantonese and Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Six floors. Yes we do have a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have rooms facing the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms and there will be no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are 2 public parking which are just 5 minutes away from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Hertz, which is just 3 minutes walking from the hotel
• Which is the nearest airport?
  CDG ROISSY or ORLY Paris.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not from the airport, but from the hotel to the airport (with extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Champs Elysee.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  St Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line 1, station Argentin (diretion La Defense).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We only provide breakfast from 7am to 10:30am.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
