Reservation is to be guaranted by credit card. In case of no show a one night charge will be applied as penalty. Cancellation is possible without any charge the day before arrival before midday. All offers mentioned as prepaid/non refundable will be charged on the credit card given at the time of the booking. Those special rates are not cancellable and cannot be refunded.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
