 This completely renovated apartment is located on charming Rue Elzévir in the historic Marais district of Paris, France. This neighborhood provides the perfect Parisian experience from sunny, outdoor brasseries to the latest shopping on Rue des Francs Bourgeois to romantic walks along the Seine. Our quiet, light-filled one bedroom apartment (62 sq. m., 667 sq. ft.) is located on the second floor of a 17th century building. The interior of the owners' personal apartment was redone by a Swedish architect. |
 The American-style kitchen opens into the spacious living room which has oak floors and warm light from both the historic Rue du Parc Royal and the quiet cobblestone courtyard. The décor is urban modernist, "Paris meets Wallpaper". In the bedroom is a queen-sized bed designed by Amsterdam artist Maroeska Metz. The well-equipped kitchen can be used to prepare everything from a petit déjeuner to a gourmet dinner. After spending the day in Paris, you can pamper yourself in the granite and mosaic tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. Awaiting you inside will be flowers and our personally-selected French wine. |
