• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 10.30am, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but there is a great café at the corner!
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, central heating with brand, new radiators.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, everything is paid in advance.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors, our apartment is two flights up. No elevator but very wide stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartment is quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a courtyard but no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment is completely non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels along with a VCR and cable (Noos).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. The line is limited to France but does include cellular phones. Two hours per week of free calling is included.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No. The windows can be opened on the courtyard and street side for a good cross breeze.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes. It seats four people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a DSL connection with ethernet and Wi-Fi. You must bring your own computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several nearby agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle or Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Line 29 about 2 minutes from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de Lyon.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro line is Chemin Vert and the walk is about five minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There are fitness centres at Les Halles.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortunately not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are lots in neighborhood. A guide is included in the apartment.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have high speed DSL in the apartment.
