The staff in general was very nice and helpful.

Only thing which was a shame: the breakfast room is underground. They have a little bar and a library on the ground floor wich is barly used which would serve as a perfect breakfast area.

Lovely little hotel with beautiful stylish little rooms, perfectly located for any activities.

The reception staff were polite and friendly and surpassed our requirements. They arranged restaurants and their local knowledge of the cuisine was excellent. I travel to Paris regularly on business and I will be returning to the hotel Regencia!!!

I have recommended the hotel to parents and frineds since our visit, in fact we viewed two other rooms there as we intend sending two pepole to stay there as a gift.

The hotel was beautiful, very parisian and very central. it could not have been more suitable. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.I also wanted to acknowledge the professionalism of the ladies on reception, they could not have been more helpful and professional. one receptionist is particular went out of her way to offer tourist information assistance to me. she directed towards various tourist destinations and also gave me information about my return journey on the metro. I think her name was veena or verena, something like that. she was most helpful and as a result I have recommended your hotel to friends here in Ireland. thank you once again.
