• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. But Continental or Buffet breakfast are at guests' diposal with an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes we do have 2 romantic beautiful Suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes on the 2nd and 5th floor but we can't eat on it.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes WIFI (high speed internet).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking available for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy, 31 km;
  Orly, 18 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request, with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Avenue Marceau (in front of the hotel).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Saint lazare, 5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Georges V and Alma Marceau.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes and you can also use WIFI.
