• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. We offer continental breakfast and hot meals paying and extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle your bill upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the Hôtel de l'Élysée is one of the most romantic hotels in Paris.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The hotel is entirely air conditioned, no extra charge for it and it is seasonal. Central heating during winter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We recently had an internet and e-mail point in the property with printer.business corner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk, or reach the Avis car rental which is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Paris-Orly (25km).
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Madeleine Square.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint-Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Madeleine, Miromesnil, Champs-Elysées-Clémenceau.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
