By plane: The main airports in Paris are at a relatively close distance from the hotel: Orly is at 26 kilometres, and Charles de Gaulle, at 29 kilometres. Therefore, if you are coming by car, it won`t be a long drive. Otherwise, the RER train service from both terminals will bring you near the heart of the city.
By car: - If you arrive at Orly Airport, take the A106 highway towards "Créteil/ Versailles/ Paris" and after you pass close to Rungis, get on the A6. As you approach Chevilly-Larue, continue along the A6B/E15/E50, in the direction "ROUEN/ PARIS-CENTRE/ PÉRIPHÉRIQUE OUEST/ PORTE D'ORLÉANS". As you pass L`Hay-les-Roses, drive on the A6A/E05 and take the exit towards Boulevard Périphérique. Still on this track, get off at the exit signalled as "CERGY/ PONTOISE/ LA DÉFENSE/ PORTE MAILLOT" and head towards Porte Maillot. By this time you will have arrived in Paris: at the roundabout Place de la Porte Maillot, take the fourth exit into Avenue de la Grande Armée. You will reach a second roundabout, around the Arc de Triomphe, where you must take the sixth exit into Avenue de Friedland. Turn right into Rue d`Artois and then right again in Rue de la Boitié. The first track you will come across is Rue de Ponthieu, where you must take your left. Go along Rue de Ponthieu and you will find the Hotel Elysée Park at number 5, before Matignon Avenue. (This journey will take you around 30 minutes) - If you arrive at Charles de Gaulle airport, take the A1/E19 motorway towards "SAINT-DENIS/ CERGY/ PONTOISE/ PARIS-CENTRE/ PARIS-PORTE DE LA CHAPELLE" and drive this way for around 17 kilometres, till the exit signalled as "ROUEN/ PORTE DE CLIGNANCOURT/ PÉRIPHÉRIQUE OUEST". Continue along the Boulevard Périphérique and get off at the exit D909/Porte d`Asnières. This will lead you into Paris, where you will have to go along the Boulevard du Fort de Baux and turn left into Avenue de la Porte d`Asnières. Take your left at Boulevard Malesherbes and at the roundabout Place de Wagram, drive into the second exit, Avenue de Wagram. Afterwards, turn left into Rue de Courcelles and then right into Avenue Herrick Myron. Take your right at Rue de la Boitié and the first track you will come across is Rue de Ponthieu. Turn left into it and you will see the Hotel Elysée Park at number 5, before Matignon Avenue. (This journey will take you around 30 minutes)
By train: Either if you arrive at Orly or Charles de Gaulle airport, take the railway service RER B (that connects both terminals at each end of the line) and get off at Châtelet station. Here, change to the metro line 1, and head in the direction La Défense. Come out of the subway at the seventh stop, Franklin Roosevelt, and from there you will only have to walk a few blocks. Go along the Champs Elysées Avenue in the direction opposite the Arc de Triomphe and turn left into Matignon Avenue. Take your left at the first street, Rue de Ponthieu, and you will find the inn on number 5. |
