• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, Spanish and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we have an elevator (lift) in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms, please ask upon reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are equipped with Satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is, in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not. The rooms are equipped with a fan.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet point in the lobby, and a wifi system in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not, but there is a public car park located at less than 100 meters from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can propose to rent a car for you. Please ask at reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly at 18.2 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is situated on the Champs elysées, 1 minute walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is St Lazare at 1 km from the Hotel
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Roosevelt. From the station, take the Champs Elysées in direction of Concorde square, take the first street on the left (avenue Franklin Roosevelt), then the first street on the right (rue de Ponthieu).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome in the Hotel
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your modem in all the rooms, but it is much easier with a wireless internet connection which is available in all the rooms, to which you can connect your laptop.
