Cancellations are possible without charge until 48hours before arrival. After this time, the amount of the first night will be taken from your credit card number. In the event of a change or cancellation of the number of night during stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for cancellation up to the full amount of stay booked.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
