• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It's an English breakfast, and it's not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Japanese, Croatian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we have an elevator in the hotel.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The area is rather quiet and the rooms are private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms don't have a terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms don't have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have the TV with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In every rooms there is a telephone, and you can call where you want from it.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms don't have air conditioning, but we lend fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We dispose of a self-service Internet at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park your car in the streets or a private (not free) parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many "shop" where you can rent a car nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly are at the same distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can book for the guest a shuttle service (door to door) from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Miollis (89).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  You should stop at Segur (line 10) or Cambronne (6) or Sevres-Lecourbe (line 6).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No Gym, jacuzzi, sauna etc... in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant but a bar open until 2am.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No unfortunately you can't.
