The hotel provided free broadband internet access which was excellent.

I can't remember if free internet access was mentioned on the website - it should be, it is very good. However, if you do not carry your own laptop there is no internet terminal to use.

Comfortable hotel with the amenities needed to make it a pleasant stay. Staff were helpful at all times. In a great location and easy to get to from the Airport or Eurostar. I would stay at this hotel again.

Very unfussy and easy- no form filling.

The hotel was excellent, tasteful decor and very well located. The only problem was the street cleaning machines early in the morning, wbhich were very noisy.

breakfast room is very small, so you cannot eat when you want, but only at the time you told the staff the day before. Everything else OK.

The streets outside the hotel were quite noisy, which I did not expect. Other than that, very nice, small hotel!

A very nice, but small hotel! The hotel is at a perfect location for visiting Paris, e.g. right next to a Metro station. The rooms are quite small, but very clean.

No help for luggage; the room was at the 3rd floor without lift.

Small rooms, bathroom ok! Good location
for walking both to the St Germain and
Opera districts. Nice surroundings with
shops and restaurants. Decently quite
pedestrian street.

Overall satisfactory - room was very small and difficult to walk around bed. Everything clean. Asked if any of the TV channels were Enlish speaking and we were told there was BBC, but could not find it. One of the male staff on reception not very helpful - all others great.

It is OK - clean, fairly central, and good value for Paris which is expensive overall. If we were to come to Paris again however, would spend a little more and get a slightly larger room, and access to English speaking TV, which we did later in the month.
Good for access to The Louvre and central enough to get to other key tourist spots.
