Both Nathalie and Pierre at the Front Desk were superb. When we arrived in Paris, our luggage did not. Everyone at the front desk called British Airways for us over the weekend and tried to help us locate our baggage.
I would like to say that everyone working at the Hotel were helpful, kind and spoke English very well.

The only thing I would say against our stay there was that construction was taking place at a building next door to the Hotel, which we would not, of course, know about when looking at the website. This was not the fault of the website, but more a timing issue.
Otherwise, our stay was as expected.

The description of breakfast could be better as to what to expect. Coffee could have been hotter, but most of the time it was fine.
All the ladies in the Kitchen and housekeeping were helpful and friendly. It also helps to speak a little French with them, they seemed to appreciate that.

I would say that the Front Desk staff is exceptional and helpful. They all speak English very well and were truly friendly.
The rooms we had were fine, what I would expect for the price and caliber of the hotel.
The location was fine, with some wonderful restaurants within a block or two of the hotel.

Room clean and quiet. A little small, but fine for one person. The breakfast room was very clean and staff helpful. Choice of breakfast foods adequate - some fresh fruit would have been good. Last year, I booked a Venice hotel from your website and there was an abundance of choice at breakfast - I guess this is my comparison

'In an excellent location'. Room small, but paying for location. Personally, for a first time visitor to Paris (with some walking difficulty), I could not have asked for a better location, with easy access to bus & RER routes to get me to the major sites, with not much fuss.

We had checked out where the property was the day before we were scheduled to arrive. The young woman at the desk was extremely nice and helpful.

The hair dryer doesn't work too well - it gets hot, but not much air blows out - I could not dry my hair all the way. The bathroom was bigger than others I have stayed in around Paris.
We did not eat the breakfast, so I cannot comment.

It is a great location for shopping and visiting the Latin Quarter and other attractions in the city center.

Great location for being close to the Les Halles RER stop (we were headed back to CDG airport the next morning). Room was rather tiny, but adequate for one night's stay.

The room we were allocated was on the ground floor, very small, dark and incredibly hot. We requested to be moved but were told there was no room that day. The room also turned out to be over the kitchen and was therefore noisy from 6.30am. The following day we were begrudgingly moved to the 6th floor, to an equally small room but with more light, better air conditionning and no noise.

Location was excellent for our needs and the hotel did not spoil our stay in Paris.

Fine, no problems and we were able to leave bags in a secure place at the hotel even after having checked out.

Good location, reasonable value for money, small rooms - be sure not to be on the ground floor and check air conditionning works.
