• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quiet rooms on the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes only on the 5th and 6th floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv in each room with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet connection in every room (modem plug on the tel)
  we have also wireless internet in the all hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public car park underground - entrance in the same street.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rental cars at the train station GARE DE LYON - 5kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly, 28 km;
  CDG 35 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes - booking must be made 48h before the departure - ONLY
  from the hotel to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Around the corner - bus 21 - 72 - 58 - 75 - 81.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes (only small dogs).

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
