We norwegians er used to a big breakfast. The breakfast was very simple. Too much wheat bread and too litle meat, cheese etc.. ... Central, short distance til Metro and railwaystation.

The hotel was found to be clean and comfortable. The room was as expected for a triple in Paris. ... The location was not quite as close to the train station as I had expected. ... no. ... A clean but small room typical of Paris. The location is not quite a convinient as most, though.

excellent location...enjoyed our stay very much. Bar could be a bit more inviting. They were out of white wine, no one on duty...desk person doubled as bar tender. Not a big deal but there were time when we were waiting for the rest of our party that it would have been nice to wait with a glass of wine. ... We really enjoyed the area - close to metro, good restaurants. ... Excellent! Close to metro. Good restaurants. Nice neighborhood!

The man at the desk was informative and prompt. My husband was especially grateful for his excellent English. ... I would describe it as a must-stay.

1.For those of us who are accustomed to using washcloths for bathing, I would suggest that you remind us that washcloths (as we know them in the States) are not provided and that we might want to bring our own. ... -Picturesgue; I enjoyed my ceiling-to-floor French doors that led to a small pation.... -close to the metro and to small markets or grocery stores. -friendly

In breakfast room was a bad air and we took most breakfasts in a cafe. ... This hotel is a nice small hotel near a city centre. And a staff speak English fluently!

It isn't fancy, but it is clean and in good condition. There is a nearby metro station, and it is easy to get there by cab from the airport. The people are friendly, and it is a great value for the price.

credit card machine wasnt workin but it wasnt a major issue as there is an atm across the rd ... we had a brilliant time staying in hotel devillas, the staff went out of their way to help us and the situation was great, right beside the metro line so we had access to everywhere. the room was lovely and very clean. if i was going back i would definately stay in hotel devillas and go back to the italian a few doors down!

The only real issue we had was the proximity of smoking rooms to our non-smoking room (right next door). Our room smelled like cigarette smoke for most of our stay. We kept the window open, which helped a little, but the bathroom was almost unbearable if you had the door closed to it for a little bit. ... The location of the hotel is fantastic. The neighborhood around it is very clean. The closeness of the metro (Gare Austerlitz) station is excellent, since it connects directly to the main tourist train line. We took a cab in from the airport, but we very easily could have taken the train for quite a bit less.

Rooms were a bit small for a cot and the Aircon didn't work

A small but well located hotel. Clean. A little noisy.

The location was great - I really recommend staying in the 5th Add. The hotel was very close to 2 metro stations and the Gare Lyon. It's a great base for exploring on foot. ... no ... The hotel itself was fine, but the location was great.

Disappointed with the breakfast for 8 euros! We heard it was well-worth the price but the restaurant next door supplied the same croissants and coffee for less!
Parquet flooring very noisey and we heard people coming in late at night. ... Liked the location and probably not bad value for the price.

In general, staff very helpful, would recommend it to others. Sometimes there were issues with towels, we'd get 3 handtowels rather than 2 bath sheets.
... Good value

Good. ... it is a nice and clean hotel, the rooms to the courtyard are quite. Advice: Avoiding the street/train station side. Breakfast is not for free.

We have no complaints about the information provided - it was more or less accurate - but as usual, it's the things that AREN'T said that surprise you. For example, the level of noise on the busy street on which the hotel is situated, or how small and spartan the rooms are. But the stay was reasonable value for the money, and we certainly had no major complaints. ... Quite basic, but clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning, which was a big benefit.
